Just get a decent enough mobo that allows you to overclock. If you have the budget, of course I'd say go big with both that Mobo ChicagoRaw posted is nice.
Also as a heads up you can get older generation video cards cheaper now. For instance a 570 is stronger than the 660, but the 570 can be found cheaper just because its older. The 600 series are mostly known for better cooling options and efficiency.
