1.0.0.4 is the version of my updated game

The one in the Downloads section would be the most recent release. The version 1.0 notation would be my mistake when adding the files to the new Downloads section last year.

Wow! When I was watching the clip... I thought is this the game I've done so many patches for??? Amazing job. The Clippers' court is awesome. And the NEW moves, dunks and especially layers are greater than anything. After downloading your files and testing files of folders 'ai' and 'anim', I really c the whole game improving...less dunks...more layers makes the game much much better. And up and under moves are looking unbelievable nice. Or pressing the dunk button twice, players are adjusting like ... got no words... IMPRESSING!

Even if I can't help creating a complete patch for 2012, I am really happy to c what you've done so far. Would be great to c u continuing that...

Thanks man, just remember, the only thing I did here was the Brooklyn Nets uniforms and court, everything else is from Chinese packs that appear to have taken stuff from here, so yea, its a complete update but not by me



franmansr has allowed me to convert over his 2003 uniforms, which is huge, since he's done a lot. My semester starts today/tomorrow, and 2K13 is a month away, so it will be interesting to see how much of this will be updated in the coming weeks or not. If ANYONE wants to help, by all means, jump in.

ok guys, i tried it.

everything works great except one thing - although i have a superb pc for playing games, this game stutters for me on some certain parts of gameplay. i tried turning v-sync and tripe buffer both to "on" in config file, it helped a little but the stutter is still present.

yea, its a directx8 game that really didn't work well with Vista or Win 7. The configs I included make it work well for me, but there are bound to be issues that I dont know.

well, i play also on win7, 64bit modded nhl 2004 (ex flyermania mod) and it works like a charm, without any stutter of fps loss.

any chance to fix this also in nba live 2004 or it is no go?

You can use my courts from TRU 12, as I think that the '03 courts are compatible with '04.

What is the default config's NAME? I'll replace the default with yours.

I have original CD

if you just delete those two files (the hwconfig and the other one in the documents folder) the game will auto-regenerate them when you start it again.

then I dont know what to tell you. I am far from an expert on knowing the ins and outs of 2004. All I can say is that I installed, I updated with the patch, then posted what I added to my game and it works.

I replaced the xarena.viv in renfe with original one, now I'll see if it works.

How did you do those cross-over moves (for example at 0:42)? Is this a part of the Live 06 animations or due to the use of a xbox (or similar) controller?

I'm using an Xbox 360 controller (config in the download)
