Thanks and mhm just open reditor and change the portrait id on shumpert to 3400 or sth and the tattoos will appear, that's the rookie bug fix btw lol.

hello i got question about the rookies.. why are their tats not there until you set portrait id to 3400? is that a bug from 2K and can be only fixed by setting the portrait id to 3400?

Yeah that's just a bug to fix the so called other glitch "black arms", cause all of the rookies have that, after you change the portrait id to whatever you want, the tattoo's will pop up after you make them.
