DBF Question?

I was just wondering why there are multiple entries in the DBF files for certain players? Is that where someone has just added players into the file? I'm just a little confused...I was curious about adding players in that aren't in there...

One entry is for their appearance on their regular NBA team, additional entries indicate that they also appear on a team like the All-Stars or FIBA teams.
