BTW did you get any improvement yet? And are you using 3, or 2? I'm bout to use 2.

I'm using 3. I don't know if I've improved yet cuz I haven't checked to see but the way it feels, I should. If there is any improvement it would be minor because I've only used it 4 days.

Ok, let me help you out.

What they mean with "bend down to a ¼ squat position" is that your knees bend to 90 degrees, so you should end up in a position like you are sitting in a chair. Also, when you start the Leap Ups....start in the same position.

I think about a week or 2, but you notice the best result after you done like 8 weeks and then just relax for a month, after that month you will clearly see/feel the difference  .

Well, if you want a better result, I wouldnt take any breaks. I was just posting my personal experience, I stopped after like 8 weeks and a month later I tried to jump as high as possible, and I noticed that I gained alot of inches.

I just realized I should use the AA2 because that's 12 week and I got exactly 12 weeks before school.

Kobe4mvp you said how to start the leapups with the bend down 1/4 part, but it says (after the jump) come down 1/4 of the way and jump back up... what does it mean to COME DOWN 1/4 of the way?

BTW the pics on and1.ws dont work.

When you come down you bend your knees 90 degrees, imagine the position like sitting in a chair or taking a shit :P , then jump up and land the same way again.

Wouldn't you come down 1/4 of 90 degrees when you land? Cuz if you come down a full 90 degrees wouldn't that just be the same as a squat hop?

Well I just came back from washing myself off, I went to the park for a little over an hour, and then when I came home I tried AA2. To be honest I don't know if I did half of the things right, for example I think I did the burnouts wrong, and I'm not really tired after doing it. Did you guys get tired first week or is this just to prepare us for what comes?

Oh, I got tired the first week! The first week isn't that bad though...I guess it is to just to prepare you for whats to come.

I am tired as hell now from doing it. I'm in week 3 now and can barely make it. I can understand why k08e4mvp quit after 8 weeks.

Burnouts aren't that hard...Just lock your knees and stand at your tips of your toes. Then jump up without using your calves or bending your knees.

How do you jump in burnouts? It's just like the thrust ups, to me. In the thrust ups I use my ankles and push up, like I'm flexing the calves or something. How do you jump in burnouts?

Burnouts:
Step1: Elevated as high as you possible can on your tiptoes to assure that you work the high end of your claves.
Step2: As quickly as you possibly can, jump repeatedly no more than 1/2 to1 inch off of the ground making sure to keep yourself elevated as high on your tiptoes as possible ensuring that you are working the upper calf muscles.

I am on my 6-th week, and my legs are tired as hell.
But i have seen some gains.
( I am doing AA2)

Yeah I've already seen that, but what specific parts of my leg am I moving to jump? Do I just jump the way I instinctly would on my toes or what?

BTW I'm on my 2nd day and forgot to do it today, hopefully it won't affect me, its only first week, right?

I didnt do it once on week 1. I was too tired because I went to weight lifting to max out and tried to squat 315 3 times. Then we had to do the dot pad( if you know what that is.) Then we had to run 40's so I was tired and my legs hurt.

On burnouts, lock your knees. Just jump off of your toes. It's kinda like thrust ups. Just lock your legs and kinda turn your knees in a little so that when you jump, you feel it on the sides of your thighs.
