Disabling Shortcut Key

How to disable the windows shortcut key? When I'm typing the letter "r" the run pops out or "s" it will go to search option Im using win xp just need help here :(

nope its xp, and i already fixed it.. i downloaded a software that allows to disable the natural windows shortcuts thanks anyway :)
