Dolffin can't import PNG file

Sir , i have a question again .
First, i can't open xxxxcrt.fsh (example . lalacrt.fsh) with FSHx .

So , i try to open it with wDOLFFIN , it's can open lalacrt.fsh
but when i try to import image to lalacrt.fsh in tlga, the image is didn't change.
Anyone have a solution ?
*I use windows 7.

Make sure that the png file is the same size(256x256) as the tlga file when you import it with Dolffin.

yes i have done with size but still same
