Dynasty Questions - Need Help

I got some Question , hope someone can help me .

1. Im addicted playing dynasty mode , but after finishing the 2007-2008 season . It stuck and restart again to 2007 .
Is it possible to continue to 2009-2010 and so on ?

2. Is it Possible to Add Smart Gillas to NBA team ? or Even the Rosters with its faces . Coz i tried to add rosters but they dont have faces.

3.How can i increase Salary Cap of my Team ? in Dynasty mode ? coz i cant hire Star Players.

4. Lastly , How can we play Dynasty mode with 2012 Lineups and Rosters ? Coz everytime i play it start with 2007 Rosters.

1. No idea what's happening there. Dynasty Mode should progress to the next season; Season Mode obviously will not.

2. There are plenty of tutorials that cover all you need to know about adding teams and players to the game. Note that if you want to use them in Dynasty Mode, you'll need to overwrite one of the NBA teams instead; Dynasty Mode cannot have more or less than 30 teams.

3. Yes. Please see the tutorials in the Wiki.

4. If you're using a current roster update, just make sure that you select "No" for the 2007 Draft option when starting a new Dynasty. Whatever custom roster you have loaded will be the one that's used for the new Dynasty game.

I find hard to modify the salary cap , franchise.dat using hex workshop .
Can anyone give me already modified franchice.dat with good Salary Cap ? for NBAlive 2008
