Which one should I buy: Xbox or PS2 ?

I have both and I prefer the Xbox. The graphics are better in pretty much every third-party game available to each console.

You need a DVD controller for the Xbox to play DVDs but you need memory cards for the PS2, plus you can't record music onto the cards and eventually play that music in some of your games.

Like I said, I have both, so I'm not really torn or affected by the fact that some games are PS2 or Xbox-exclusive(San Andreas, Halo...).

Imo Xbox's are better. They have hard drives which is great. You can buy a chip that allows you to install games onto the hard drive too. So you can just hire a game, then install onto your HD.

Disclaimer: But they're highly illegal, and you should always buy the game if you like it.

if I ain't hearing from ps3 in a month I'll be buying the xbox. besides, the price of it will be 300-500 €, which will be too much. For me. Period.

And xbox 1 will live a t least 1-2 years after that.

Xbox is definitely the best choice. Just is. I dunno why people bitch about the controllers tho, I've got big hands and I thought they were great... now they've got those crappy small ones with the buttons all over the place, I hate you, Bill Gates
