Here you go.. I to, had Online problems for Nba 2k12.. Either i could not play online period or the Online game was WAY to laggy.. this help me BIG time. It really decrease the lagg to the point where your able to finish the end game. Although the characters look weird it still worth PLAYING! I just finished playing against a someone. You'll thank me later.
right click nba 2k12 icon > properties > copy the files in the game folder > replace all the files that were already in the folder > play!

You wouldn't be able to play online with anything pirated over the 2k network.

You can, actually. 2k screwed up there, it is no FIFA 12 in terms on online protection XD
