nicknames.dbf error , need help

After 1 week break of playing nba live 05 , i decided to turn it on again , and that's the error which i got...

You need to go into your NBA LIVE2005 folder and copy the nicknames.dbf file from your original database folder and paste it to your working database folder. That should fix it. I once had a similar problem when I tried to add a new nickname into the database.

already tried , still not working , also tried to copy nicknames.dbf from originaldb folder , but when i start the game , the copy of nicknames.dbf turns to already deleted nicknames.dbf ... wtf?

If you're playing a Dynasty game, try loading the roster then loading your Dynasty save.

In case of this error , i cant even run the game , so how can i re-upload my dynasty? lol

In that case, maybe try reinstalling at this point.
