i want to play with the 2011-2012 roster in the dynasty mode..but whenever i start a dynasty it keeps on going back to the 2010-2011 rosters.. help pls...

load the roster file 1st ..... Load/Save >> NLSC1112 >> Load OK ...then... Load/Save >> MiamiDynasty >> Load OK

NLSC1112 = the roster file you used
MiamiDynasty = your dynasty file

If you started a Dynasty game with 2010/2011 rosters, you will need to start a new Dynasty with the 2011/2012 rosters. Roster updates cannot be applied to a Dynasty game already in progress.

oh no sir.. i loaded the 2011-2012 rosters.. and i started i new dynasty... but after i finished hiring staff and the training camp.. i look at the rosters and it is 2010-2011 rosters...

I have no idea how that could possibly happen, unless your default rosters have been overwritten by 2010/2011 rosters at some point and you selected "Yes" for the 2007 Draft option. Loading the 2011/2012 rosters and selecting "No" for the 2007 Draft option should have everything working fine.

i have selected no for the draft option.. and i think yes , my default rosters have been overwritten by 2010/2011 rosters... any solutions sir??

As I said, if you're selecting No for the Draft option then everything should be working fine.

You can try overwriting the default rosters (in the originaldb folder) with the 2011/2012 rosters, but it really shouldn't be necessary so long as the No option is selected. If all else fails, try a fresh installation.
