My game crashes when I play certain matchups, what gives?

I've noticed that my game crashes when I try to play certain matchups on certain courts, and only those matchups. For example, my game crashes halfway through the loading screen whenever I try to play LA Lakers at Detroit at the Palace. If I play with any other team besides the Lakers at the Palace, the game loads up fine.
This has happened several times in my Dyansty mode, too, which has prevented me from playing several key matchups, especially in the Playoffs. I use the Clippers in Dynasty, and faced the Memphis Grizz in the playoffs, but I couldn't play a single game because the game wouldn't allow me to play it, even if it was at Staples or the Pyramid, it just kept crashing at the loading screen. But when I simulated that round and moved on, I was able to play just fine agains the Wizards in the Finals. Now, I download a lot of the updated courts that people make, but other than that, I have no idea why this could be happening.

I'd say it's most likely a problem with the court patches. They've either been installed uncorrectly, or there is a problem with one of the art files. Try disabling the patches - either disable CustomArt or backup the patched .VIV files and restore the originals - and see if there are any problems.
