Okay, if you have both the global BEFORE all the hex-edits and one AFTER the hex-edits, send me a link for both of them after you finish experimenting, so that I can create a patch that'll work for any global.

I admit that Prince's right arm does look weird when it folds like that and the texture of the upper arm ends abruptly, but it's something you'd only notice in a static screenshot.

Plus, I love how the little details pop out. Look at your arm. It's not GI-Joe action-figure smooth. It has freckles and lines and spots. The detail on Prince's CF both on the cyberface and arms is amazing, and along with the muscle textures by TNeckDME, I feel it's pretty realistic.

Also, I have Negative LOD Bias set to -1.5 in the NVidia settings, so textures are sharpened and more detailed than usual. The result wouldn't be the same without this setting.

But each to their own. Maybe you prefer the players more "action-figurey".

no, the detail is great like you stated, but the guys just look too built or muscular,
as for you nivida setting, i dont know anything about that, im new to pc gaming, but i do prefer Amd or over nividia though, just person preference, nividia is a energy hog and are loud....

What do you use to change the LOD Bias on NVidia graphics cards?

look at the two pics.. the above pics have a minimal shadow when he is just standing
but the bottom pics show that the shadow increase while he's in standing position...
notice that the skin color doesnt change at all...

i have other research in location in hex but i need to do the "trial and error" thing to see if that is the correct position and location of the value that needed to be edit.. :D

chicagoRAW, NVidia Inspector is the tool you need. I've set it on the global profile so that it does that for all games, but it MAY work too if you set it in an application profile. Not sure. If it doesn't work per application, the global profile surely works.

im excited too bro to see the outcome.. i think the shadow is the main thing to edit... then the texture.. need to remember again the values that i edit out last night to get the hex value of the shadows for the dark players....by tommorow or tommorow night i can send my global to you so you can patch it so everyone can use it as their base global... :D :D

about the sweat effect... lets wait Tatlopuyo to edit it in .exe file.. :D he say that he will convert the sweat effect in 2k11 to 2k12 thru the .exe file.. :D

After testing the Beta Global I'm looking forward to your next release. One thing on the global is the very light skin players like Landry Fields and Kevin Martin had a noticeable grayish tone to their skin, if you could work on that. Wondering if you could as much as possible keep the default 2k skin tone. The latest preview looks good, although Kidd looks kinda tan, and don't put too much shadow effect, I like the players standing out but also keeping it realistic as possible. (Y)

as for now im doing to make the right color for the pale skin players.. hope i can find their locations... :crazyeyes:
