I don't know, but it looks like a kids jacket or a fat girl with short arms jacket and the with the new style of "letting it hang out", that cord at the bottom might be a danger to boys' genitalia.

The sleeves are clearly too short, making the kid at risk of being ridiculed and bullied and school. That and it's ugly.

Cord too tight that it can sever the lower half or cause abdominal obstruction that can lead to self-asphyxiation of fecal matter?

Whoa take it easy with the CSI Pdub.

A pedophile happened to wear the same jacket. It has been recalled to avoid such notorious brand recognition.

The zipper is purely decorative.

Also, it's a killer.

Here's the official story from the government through the CPSC:
Hazard: The boys' jacket has a retractable elastic drawstring at the waist with a toggle that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or doorways, which poses an entrapment hazard to children.

Thankfully this determination was made due to a rash of...
Incidents/Injuries: None reported

Oh, well, at least there was some testing done to...
In February 1996, CPSC issued guidelines (pdf) about drawstrings in children’s upper outerwear. In 1997, those guidelines were incorporated into a voluntary standard. Then in July 2011, based on the guidelines and voluntary standard, CPSC issued a federal regulation.

Now before you get all smug about how you don't need a government agency to handle this type of stuff for you, you probably didn't even consider the emergency actions you needed to take if you had this jacket:
Remedy: Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring and return the jacket to Umbro for a full refund.
