Yeah I believe its a team rule. The Bulls cant wear headbands also, with the exception of rip hamilton because of face mask.

Nuggets close to sign Wilson Chandler.

Fisher (HOU) and Brian Cook (WAS) close to be waived.

Albys Realistic Roster 3 released!

Features:
All previous RR features +:
- roster nba updated 18 march 2012
- updated contracts
- updated overall players and tendencies based on real stats and analysys
- updated all coach profiles and many playbooks
- updated all coach skills
- fixed Spurs latino jersey collar
- new gameplay
- some minor fixes and improvements
- perfect compatibility with shoes patch by Xiaou: all players with great shoes (some in HD) and perfect colors with only one shoe file! (no more home-away problem). Please download shoes pack for RR3 (link under) .
