that is not a new logo... nor an old one from the 80s... it's just their secondary logo, which they had for the last 2 years... every team has one.

They're going back to that similar logo b/c they never should have changed it to the horse/piston thing in the first place. That teal color they had was AWFUL. Changing back to the blue/red was the best thing they did in recent years aside from acquiring Rasheed Wallace. Even the logo with the horse in red/blue was not that bad.
