Dynasty Question

Im playing my Dynasty right now and im a bit curious if Hotspots will improved or declined every offseason? like what happen in ratings some will declined and some will improve...

it will improve using your trainers to focus on your players to train by offense ,defense ,athletic style (Y) (Y)
