I think it is impossible for the Moderators not to see this thread and caution or send me warnings about my releases.
For me it's safe to say that releasing new converted CFs will not be against the rules.
I'll be converting new ones and release it asap.

For the guys who want some CFs to be converted from 2k11, make the extra step to "ask permission first" before requesting. Spare wilson27 the trouble of asking them himself. He has already spent hours, energy and money (snacks, dinner and more snacks) just to make you guyz happy.

Also, please include the "original" author's name(s) so that they will be included them in the credits.
