Need Jersey patch (atlantic, central, pacific, midwest etc)

Hey I had to uninstall my nba live 2004 and re-install and trying to see if anybody can e-mail or if I can download them from another site.me those specific jersey patches (I believe created by Jowe)they were hosted on nbalive.org but the site is down and trying to play w/o those patches makes the game lackluster to me.
