Any tools can fix play-by-play for NBA live 2004??

Is there any tools could let me able to add or fix play-by-play in Play-by-play for NBA Live 2004 .
where can i download that tool???

There's a PBP Editor that was compatible with NBA Live 2003, but it doesn't seem to work with NBA Live 2004. As far as I know, there aren't any other tools that would allow us to edit the PBP in Live 2004. Sorry.
