[NEW REL V3] Tattoo package

That would probably require mapping and that most likely was a body mod, rather than a tattoo mod. I've completely forgotten about this mod though, sorry, will get back to it in a bit.
I've already found out how to do colored tattoos, so I'll add some next release.

About quality though, I can't change the texture sizes, no matter how high def the real player tattoos are, I can't make them that high def, since the neck tattoos are 64x64, hand tattoos are varied from 32x64, 64x32 or 32x32

Suggestion: Bring back the koi fish tattoos. There is already a limited amount of color in the tattoo selection, why remove them? They were my favorite.

Also I don't know if you can do this, but I saw on 2K11 some people here used some tools to take tattoos from different players and add them to their player.
How about, if instead of having to do this on a per person level, just replace the existing tattoo options with those real-player selections? That would be fantastic. They are extremely high quality. All koi fish on one arm and Michael Beasley's tattoo on the other? I'd be very happy with that.

Hope you don't mind, but is it possible for a short tutorial? I know more than the basics of modding but every time I attempt to put tattoos on players their arms end up striped. Embarrassing... lol!!! Nice work by the way!!!
