I would love to replicate what JohnDoe did last year, but from what I see in the tutorials thread, Jao already tried this and most of the values seem to do nothing. If there's a value I can actually experiment with, I'd be willing to look into it.

I don't have the time to test every one of the 80 possible values to see which works. The global.iff file is one that is loaded in the game's memory on boot and is never reloaded, so for every test I'd have to go through the game's whole boot-up sequence, and that quickly gets annoying. I already go through it each time I try to convert and correct an accessory. It's just too much trouble.

So if you find a value that actually does something, I'll experiment with it.

And by the way, regarding accessories. Do Gory's techfit sleeves look gray to you in the screenshots I've posted? Most of the gear in my Global is already updated by TNeckDME, and whatever gear I convert from Gory's work last year I make sure has the proper tones. So try my global first, and if you still find the black accessories are gray, give me a screenshot.

Only thing that's going to solve the red noses is a mass CF update of all players that have that issue. It's a CF texture issue, not a color issue per se, as the only way not to get red noses is to undersaturate the game, and that doesn't bode well usually.

HAHA, he definitely wrong, he's a faggot, it's not a fantasy global. Some players do use those accessories. Don't mind them. At least you've got the essence of how patchers should work.

First of all, thanks for your kind words.

Secondly, regarding Keep My Mod: first you set-up the game the way you want using JSGME to enable and disable mods accordingly, then after it's set-up on JSGME, you close it, and then run Keep My Mod.

Also, always remember to start the game from INSIDE Keep My Mod, and closing Keep My Mod whenever you close the game. Those things are important because Keep My Mod goes through a certain startup sequence to prepare the game's files to make a boot-up synchronization failure improbable.

Do you think it is possible to make the sock and ankle brace appear at the same time like in 2k11?
And also can you change the knee pad from 2k12 to 2k11 style (get rid of the opening in the back and reduce the bulge) or is that virtually impossible?

2) Elbow pad by Gory
3) Short sleeve by Gory
4) Shoulder sleeve by Gory
5) Improved Knee pad (better white and black color)

I think now is better.
Maybe you can use this for base to next update. I called Moose v.2.

Wow, thanks Albys! Much appreciated. Have you checked that all accessories you've added have their details positioned correctly and that they work for all colors? Just asking. If not, I can go through them and check.

If you did, I'll use it as a base for v2, add the accessories others have asked for, and release it along with the NBA Live icons.

Btw, and this is important, you didn't add anything else I'd need to ask permission for, right? No offense, just don't want to get into trouble. If you've only added Gory's accessories, I have his permission.

v2 Status Update in first post. A preview on what is already in and what I'll be working on today.

I'm planning to release tonight (at most 12 hours from now), so if some accessories don't make it, they'll be frozen for v3, but I'm working on getting all your requests in, plus MGX's hex pad pressure shorts that someone requested on Moddingway (if he replies with his permission before release).

True, those are some nice sleeves. I'll ask his permission. Do you want the outside color to be changed (the one that's black on Dwight Howard), or the inside (the silver stripes)? If you ask me, even though colored stripes may be less realistic, they make a much cooler effect surrounded by the black sleeve.

It's a subtle effect but I like it. There are other sweat effects you can use if you like someone else's better, and it's just 3 files you need to replace. Ask Michaelvlutz49 if he can intensify the sweat effect in his thread, nothing I can do about it.

As for the exe, I'm using the default one.

Looking at the knee pad, its bulge and opening at the back must be part of a 3D model, so it's not editable via the global. If you can get someone to find and edit the 3D model, you can fix that.

As for socks and ankle braces, it's not something I can edit. If the game considers them incompatible, one of them won't appear. That also happens when you try to combine other accessories as well, such as full leg sleeves and other leg accessories for example. So again, it's in the coding.

If you ask me regarding the Arm Sleeve, I guess I prefer the one we already have in v1, the first one in the above screenshots. Don't know why, I just like it more. What do you guys say? Final decision is up to you.
