i put the ROS file in my saves it still wont show up

It happened to me in 2K11. When I put the roster file on the Saves folder, it didn't show up in the game. Maybe because I already have a lot of roster files there. Not sure though if it's the same with 2K12.

that's weird because I've had tons of unneeded stuff in my saves folder, with backups and other stuff but never ran into that issue.

unfortunately, that proved to be a bit beyond my capabilities. If anyone wants to attempt it you need to edit models 276, 312, 476, and 868 in the global.iff and in those models part numbers 86 and 92 are the shirt sleeves.

Added Shadows for the Baskets on Daylight Courts
Created Custom Shadows to Replace the Tree Shadows on Rooftop
Added a New Secondary Uniform for all NBA Teams
Added Specialty Dunks for all Players with DNK Rating of 50+

I only added 1 random Specialty Dunk for each player;
90s - 360 Dunk
80s - Windmill
70s - Reverse
60s - Tomahawk
50s - Two Hander
40s - None

Which jerseys patch do you use Jao? Im tried using the miracle lighting but they have black marks and when i use default they still have black marks.
Why is this?

the uniforms in this download have my initial very shadowy uniform patch. I think the ambient setting is -0.75

They do not overwrite any current files though.

Yea. But is possible to fix the black marks? I was going to use this for a video but the black thing kinda kills it LOL

well there have been no changes to the uniforms. If you dont like it you are free to edit your own version of the iff files with the tool Leftos created.

Its probably something with your 2k12. I played many games past the first quarter and never experienced this.
Try reinstalling the game, maybe that might help
