Hi Guys, all I really want to be able to do is edit the sock colours and accessory colours for home and away teams, but within an offline association I have already started. Am I correct in thinking you can set the accessory 1 and 2 colours for home and away and they change with the jerseys the team wears?

Before I pay out for a license for REDitor I wanted to check I'd be able to do this? I think I will need a Developer license, is that correct? And as I just want to do something as simple as this, would I even need a myfriend or modders interface?

That's correct charley. You can set the colour (1 & 2) that you want for every jersey that its on the roster. You can even change the default shoe colour for every jersey and the headband colour too.

It's a lot of work (i've been doing it since REditor came out and didn't even finished, lol), but it's pretty easy to do

Try opening a different roster file. I had this issue when trying to load a roster the game was saving, then the roster was open in a hex editor, and with a corrupted roster the program didnt like.

Yes, dev is what I have and you can do it

Thanks for your response Vlad worked perfectly. I had another question as far as Free Agents. Currently all 30 current teams have 15 players and there are 140 Free Agents. I want to increase the amount of Free Agents to 180 by releasing more players off the All Time Teams. Now of course this will leave some of the All Time Teams with rosters far below there limit of 12 players. Is this possible without crashing the game? If it is possible, what is the best way to go about getting this done?

You can give it a try. I haven't tested, to be honest, but this should work fine. Just don't forget about the PlNum parameter.
I'd also suggest trying to clone several players and also replace players, whose names contain "*******". Just don't go over the "invisible limit", when cloning. And back up the file from time to time. If you go over the limit, you'll understand that by some names being deleted from the roster. In this case you can delete some records from other tabs (e. g. 76ers retro jerseys or several colleges or staff members, or even those teams with kids) to free up some more space for extra players.

If I want to replace the 2K China team with a classic one, how can I fix the issue of the name being shown backwards, last before first?

For example: O'Neal Shaquille instead of Shaquille O'Neal or Jordan Michael instead of Michael Jordan.

I should check it for a future release.
So, the name order is team or player specific? I guess, it's player specific, but who knows...

I have a quick question, there was talk last year that you would be adding an export feature, to be able to save database as a dbase file, or even a txt file, so we could open in Excel. Is that still in the works?

Yes, this is still in plans... Actually, not a time-consuming thing to make, but i'd like to include it altogether with exporting into TMM files and "some special format" files.

first of all: Thx for this awsome editor. I just bought a Gamer license ...

I have trouble with my saved and worked rosterfile. Every time when I try to start a match with one team I worked on, the game crashes without any errormessage.
Actually I just worked on the players - I changed some of their TeamIDs.
Furthermore I created one team in the game, and changed the players with REDitor.

Can someone please help me ...

Please, check, if PlNum field of Teams tab is correctly adjusted. It should be exactly equal to the number of player on the teams roster.

My question is: How can I make some retro jerseys become current jerseys with REDitor? Thanks

I think, there is no other way, than renaming them on Jerseys tab, so they are named as "Current". So, i'd suggest to give it a try. If this won't work, then you should also try to swap jerseys in the grid.

You should adjust Rotations and Situationals of Teams tab.

Thx m8, thats what i did before, but i must did something wrong, maybe i didnt save it or something like that.
I test it now and it work perfect . Sorry for the stupid question, but i thought i did it right before and it didnt work .
