Yes it's in fact easy, however something is strange, you say the top number is the portrait and indeed it is I changed by a random one and it worked, however, it doesn't correspond to the portrait number in portrait.iff for example you have the portrait as 3032 and the last portrait number is 1629??? Am I missing something? ty.

for exemple: in the portrait_hi.iff file Kwame Brown is under texture number 17, the texture number 17 correspond to cf number 0800 (png0800.iff)
so in that tool u need to put 0800 to portrait not 17

so if u want to change a portrait... 1st find players cf number, than the texture number in the portrait file for that cf. (if the player dos not exist u can change an existing players portrait)
search the portrait.iff texture list in forum...

I did change nothing. Before this patch Josh Selby has only cyberface portrait but now he has own realistic portrait with headband
I am only point out on wrong portrait in your prewiev

I think you should release a new version of Alby's rosters with the portraits re linked or else every time a new version comes out your in trouble... .

i didnt edit anything either, and josh shelby has the right portrait in my game as well!

will update the number for pavlo' & the legs colour u can fix it when u edit the player u can chose skintone ...play a litle bit with those skin tones and u will find out how... than save the player and done

when 2 k will release a patch... i will do a verson of porraits compatible with that roster too... so dont panic...I'm here and looking for the new 2k roster... If u guys find earlyer than me... just tell me
