The Red signature was the same issue as the Raptors court, I couldn't find a good base parquet court to edit off of.
I did the Portland court with 3D edits. I shrunk the red lanes so the would fit behind the foul line, then expanded the lower portion of the original lane into the big lane. I had issues UV editing that part though, which is why the wood got bigger

. If it will help, open it up and take a look at what I did, and as it says in the first post, that is Open Source, feel free to edit it as much as you want and release.
The Boston parquet size was done with UV editing.
wow great job, i have tried to make a good portland with 3d but I had problems with 3pt line wood.
a request jao: you can try to make " white" and not " grey" the backboard structure??

No matter what program I try, I get the same error regarding uh018.iff. Why don't you reupload it Jao separately?

I'm not sure how to do that one, but I will add that to the bottom of my to do list.

Well, no one asked me to reupload it yet. I redownloaded the file a couple times, just to check it, and it extracted fine just fine (with winRAR). but I'll make the Pistons fans happy

(but only cause the C's cleaned house Friday)

Great work bro but the miracle like jerseys are kinda messed up when a players jersey is crumpled. It shows black

wish i backed up the jerseys some of my home ones look like they are black sometimes.. anywhere i can re-dl the jerseys instead of a reinstall?
mainly 95-96 sonics looks like burnt jerseys

i really like your uniform update, used last years miracle jerseys too, but as mentinoned before, some are almost Black, this includes Suns Latin night and Retro Away, Boston St. Patriks Day, and, by one of the Cavs Jersey my NBA 2k12 shuts down rapidley ind i´m back on my dektop.
Furthermore 97-98 Lakers both home and away, 97-98 Jazz both Jerseys slightly overshadowed, 97-98 Bulls, 95-96 Both Bulls and Sonics Jerseys, 94-95 Knicks,
92-93 Bulls, 90-91 Bulls, 85-86 Bulls, That´s it as far as i can see...
but nevertheless, bigup for ur works man

I got them in my game and I have to congratulate you on a job well done. I love how much more the details are pronounced on each jersey, each crumble being able to be seen from even the farthest camera. I really love the effect on them. I hope other jersey modders start applying the same effect as well.

Thank guys, I've stupidly begun modifying values again, this time to keep the overall detailed effect but get rid of the blackness since it really isnt realistic.

That is why I put the big REINSTALL warning about backing up in the download description, preview, and readme. I am planning to update this to make the uniforms look better, so maybe you'll like the updates. Other than that, can't say i didn't warn you.

Thanks for the list, I'll check them out. Sounds like that Cavs jersey might have had it's file size modified (big no-no).

JaoSming, maybe you could include the attached batch file with your next release. If extracted to the game's installation folder and run, it should keep backups of all uniforms your mod replaces (I've verified it does, that's how I kept my backup of 494 files) in a UniformBackups subfolder.

Not sure if anybody else is getting this, but the NJ jersey seems to crash my game to the desktop. I was browsing through today's games and it was crashed twice when going down to "Wash at NJ", so I tried to select the teams manually instead and it crashed again as soon as I selected the Nets.
Also, I may have missed something but some of the superstars (Wade, LBJ, Durant, etc.) have totally white shoes ever since I've installed the "unlock all" patch...
EDIT: my bad, you mentioned the Pistons Jao, but it was actually the NJ Nets file that was also broken for me (uh018) in the .rar, that's why it was crashing my game.

Regarding the white shoes problem, it has been mentioned many times, just go into Foot Locker, select a pair of shoes for each one of those with white shoes, and assign it to them.

3D for Raptors is possible, but only in one side of court, because there is one file with logos for all court (you need two files to make two perspective). I make 3d for Raps for one side:

You can edit Blazers floor which has two different underbasket logos

sorry if this has been answered before, but does your rookie arm fix work with official 2k sports roster or not? because in the "readme" file your wrote that we must have a roster that can use those iff files.

yea it works with the official 2K roster. The rookie arm fix was created before the lockout ended

I am currently experimenting with subtler values for the shadowing for all uniforms, then it's a matter of changing 8 bytes in 488 files.
