NBA's Most Quotable?

Postby Kenny on Sun Jan 01, 2012 11:39 pm

Now that Shaq is retired and has become a TNT analyst, who do you think will the NBA look to for the classic quotes? LeBron James is known for arrogant and misguided comments from time to time, but I'm personally hoping that Joakim Noah will fill the void that the Big Diesel has left. Here's a few favourite moments of mine from Joakim:

So who do you think/hope will be the NBA's most quotable post-Shaq?

Jason Terry has started saying stuff, when asked about Tyson Chandler's comments, he said, "He's not a Mav." and if you go on the ESPN Dallas blog, theres a JET quote everyday

I'd say Noah definitely has to be up there, he's not shy about giving his opinion.

With Shaq as an analyst I think we'll be getting more great quotes from him. I'm waiting for Metta World Peace to say and do more stupid stuff. I'm just dying to see him get into a fight with "World Peace" printed on the back side of his jersey.

Not nice to make fun of someone with actual mental issues and tries his best to get help not only for himself but for younger ones as well by auctioning his NBA championship ring and donating the proceeds to organizations or charities that handle such mental issues.

I'm actually more eager to play the next EA NBA title so I can hear Marv Albert say "World Peace; rejected!"

It'll be Mike Breen, seems they're going ahead with full ESPN integration based on the Elite 11 demo and their 15 year deal with ESPN. Still, that will be amusing to hear in the sim games next year.
