Do Pushups, at first I sucked at pushups and barely could do 40 straight in only 1 set  , so that motivated me to practice at home, and at this moment I improved to 120 4 sets a day. My fatique went up and I became stronger in the rebounds.

i m the in the combine school team..whcih means they pick the best players in my country..and make it into a team...i m the starting point guard..which need very high stamina...the coach gives us some very tough training..might be useful to u...first...u get into push up position...get up and run to the nearest 2 point line.touch the 2 point line and run back to the starting point.touch the line at the starting point..and run till the half court line and touch it..den run back to touch the starting line.run till the 2 point line at the other side..and come back..den till the end of the court..and back..thats consider 1 time.we does 14 times per training

These are the reason because I never join a team, lol.
I play when I want, how long I want and however I want!

Run up the court then back, do 10 pushups, get up run up and down the court twice, do 10 pushups, run up and down 3 times, 10 pushups and so on. Then when you get up to 8 or 10 start going backwards, run 7 times, then 6, etc. Lather, rinse, repeat.
