That was the fault of the media outlet reporting it as important..1 game is too small a sample size to say rondo magically has a jumper now..it has nothing to do with "he's only played that 1 game"

That wasn't the media if I recall correctly, it was a fan's observation of some YouTube highlights.

that video proves nothing except that he can make open jumpers in an exhibition game that has less defense than an NBA all-star game.

To be fair, it shows that he can knock down jumpshots and that he has a decent shooting touch, so I'd say his jumper isn't a lost cause. The question is whether he has the confidence and ability to make them regularly in games that matter.

I think he practices like most NBA players do, at least wat i saw them do, with bad jumpers. He doesn't practise his jumper in the "game mode" as much, i saw Big Baby practise mid-range jumper, it looked so intense and game-like. Sure enough, he develops a strong mid-range jumper, he even hit a game-winner with it.
