3 point contest one on one rookie game

Postby Joe on Tue May 18, 2004 7:09 am

I know that in nba live 2004 for the all star game that's it's just one game east vs west will try this if you have a old nba live for pc like live 2000 take the best 3 point shooters in your season and the best 5 scores in your season and play one on one for the all star game the same thing for the rookie game what you can do is for the new rookies after your first season is to create them for the one on one game and the 3 point contest on your pc for the one on one use nba live 2004 for the 3 point contest use one of the lives to play the 3 point contest I know their is a update roster for nba live 2000 and also faces and so on and after a seaon you can use a old live to modfy a players ratings for when players get better in live 2004

It's in the right section. General Issues is probably the most appropriate. :)

I actually did this in the first season of my Dynasty. I used Alexboom's roster update to play the three point shootout, and Mikki's rookie/sophomore teams patch for the Rookie Challenge. I had a couple of minutes to spare, so I held the dunk contest in Practice Mode, scoring the dunks myself.

Hey, no problem. Sometimes topics could possibly be appropriate in a couple of different sections, General Issues covers a lot of ground.

In case you're looking for an example:

1. Select 4 players with good dunk ratings.
2. Hold two rounds, with 3 dunks per round (two advance to the Finals)
3. Have each player attempt their 3 dunks at once (it saves a little time)
4. Only count fancy dunks as attempts. A player can replace one missed dunk.
