one Question: where i get the portraits of legends. for example: earl monroe, Elgin Baylor.

find the player's ID number in this thread

then search (F3/ctrl + F) for that ID in this thread

then open the portraits.iff with the mod tool and extract/edit as needed

And now, How do I put the portrait in the game for the players without portrait?

using that chinese trainer you add the portrait ID to the player, use this list to figure out what texture = what portrait ID
