Since retiring the thread, I have gotten more views in a week than I ever have I think. haha I've noticed the view numbers have spiked so high it's not funny!

Yep, I've noticed that too. I think it's got to do with spike in guests viewing with NBA 2K12 being released

No need to thank me Sit.

Though I do feel bamboozled. I thought ALIB was retired for good...ALIB IV? So much for my tribute sig...

How do you like my new sig now...

Thanks :)

WTF, Sit saying 'Thanks', that's not normal. ALIB really is done...

...wait, it is normal. I got myself confused with Sit there for a moment. How disgusting.

Nothing was fishy about chapter one of ALIB IV being written by me?

None. Sit will probably write the opposite of everything you wrote, he's bastard that way. You're giving Sit an idea to continue ALIB IV that's for sure. I'm don't know whether that's a good or bad thing.

Jason Kidd Injured, Out for 4 weeks

Jason Kidd was sidelined by Plantar Fasciitis with team doctors predicting that he would be out for 4 weeks. The veteran point guard was replaced by Allen Iverson in the starting lineup in be a blow to the Stealth's buildup for the NBA playoffs. Kidd hoped to be back as soon as he could but Coach George Karl remained cautious of bringing his starting guard back to early.

"We don't want to aggravate the injury. It's better we let him come back 100% and later is better than sooner because we don't want him getting hurt during the playoffs," Karl said. Kevin Durant stated that it was a big loss but was confident that he could maintain Seattle's success, "Jason is a tremendous player but I can do what he can do so I will just play all five positions on the court instead of four of them."

Jason Kidd: "It's terrible to have an injury so close to the postseason. My goal now is to work to coming back healthy for the playoffs. My team is deep enough to continue building for the postseason without me. My goal is to win a title before I retire."

Best of West and East In Potential NBA Finals Preview

With just a week left in the regular season, the Cleveland Cavaliers hosted the Seattle Stealth in a very possible NBA Finals match-up. The 48-31 Cavs ended the game on top with a resounding 141-97 win against the League best 60-18 Stealth. Rudy Gay was on fire as he notched 40 points and Lebron James put in an MVP performance with a huge 31 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists. The team got valuable contributions from sixth man Mo Williams (18 points, 11 assists) and starting center Byron Brock (18 points, 14 rebounds).

The Stealth struggled against the free flowing Cavs offense and their formidable defense. Kevin Durant was held to 23 points. Rising star Reshawn Tyson scored 16 points on a meager 5 for 20 shooting from the field. The Stealth, without Jason Kidd, had no direction on both ends of the floor and the game finished with Durant and Tyson jawing at each other as they walked off the basketball court. Durant and Tyson's spat caught the attention of their opponents who were pleased that cracks were starting to form in the league's best team's chemistry.

Rudy Gay: "Seattle can't win on our home court. I also wouldn't mind KD and Tyson to continue bickering. I don't think all is right in Seattle, we're probably going to meet New Orleans in the Finals."

Season Ends Season With Kidd and Win

Jason Kidd made a triumphant return to end the regular season with the Stealth. Kidd didn't look game fit but still put up 10 points and 9 assists as he led the Stealth to a 113-102 win against the Chicago Bulls. Reshawn Tyson was impressive as he finished with 25 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists. Allen Iverson scored 22 from off the bench. Kevin Durant had 15 in limited court time. Andrew Bogut had an all around effort of 16 points, 7 assists and 3 blocks.

The Stealth finished the regular season with a league best 64-18 record and look like favorites to win the NBA title.

Kevin Durant: "This is my year."

If you do end up meeting Cleveland in the Finals, LeBron James isn't gonna have that kind of monster game. That said, I'm rooting for you to win the championship to cap off your legendary ALIB series. (Y)

Kidd has really been injury-prone in those recent years. You will bring this to an end (i.e. cover the playoffs)?

Those drastic mid season changes didn't quite pan out. Ben Gordon kept his scoring 22+ ppg and Dirkles was strong with about 18 ppg but you guys just couldn't make it over the line. You need a real starting PG. Jerryd Bayless just doesn't make it as a starting PG.

And Dela Cruz helped Portland defensively and Brandon Roy was a beast as the lone star on the team!

Yep, I was worried the loss of Dela Cruz would hurt. I wouldn't have personally traded him if I was Mavs' GM.

How did my Suns eventually do? And damn, Gray beat me on the EFF-race, but he didn't make the post-season either, so it's not too bad.
