95-96 is catching up

I voted 95-96 because of Penny and Shaq and if it happens, hopping that this time 95-96 mod would be complete

yep, 95/96 was a great year bro, gotta admit that.

I'm proud to be a part of such nice guys and modders. Hope that my personal reditor editing throughout the years can be helpful to the process.

I think Barkley's athletic peak was in 1995-96 where he was at his physical strongest. I voted for 1995-96 season because I just love the NBA experience that year, from preseason games to the Finals.

Damn, 95-96 made up about a twenty vote deficit since last time I checked. I voted for 97-98, as it will be the easiest to complete and would provide a nice base for other retro mods.

That was also his last season as a Phoenix Sun. IMO Barkley just looks great on a Suns uniform. I like the cf provided by the OP. Barkley is spot on One thing I can only say is change that Rockets jersey. OP make him wear the precious #34 Suns jersey

Damn I thought 95-96 would be buried even though it was a great season! I agree with the Barkley comments too, theres a 91-92 with him at Philly, 96-97 on 2k10 with him as a Rocket so it would be great to have him as a Sun with this one

wow looks like 95-96 came through and took it OK voting ends at the end of the day in which the poll will be taken down everyone, and I said it before we will go off of votes
so if in the end 95-96 has more votes then that is the roster we will make, thx guys I will post Barkley in Suns Uniform when I get off work

Also guys we need to find someone that can figure out how we can use the NBA's greatest presentation and scoreboard in regular mode for our mod so if you guys
can spread the word and start looking for someone to look into this that would be huge it would take the retro mods to whole other level... Thanks guys

i will help however im able. im not good with graphics. but im doing a 98/99 mod right now for 2k11 which takes the existing roster u made for 96/97, and corrects all tendencies, animations, ratings, numbers, missing players etc. (more info here: viewtopic.php?f=136&t=82422)The sim results im getting from it are really impressive so far. So if you want to use that as your base once i release it, you are free to do that. Since its only a season earlier, the adjustments that would need to be made would be very minimal. I think it will save alot of time.

No it looks like I am a HUGE Michael Jordan fan, I am through and through a Jazz fan Utah is my home I will always put them first just like I
did in the 96-97 and 97-98 NBA finals... I had to put my Jordan fanatics away for those series

I hope everyone is aware that the majority of the votes for 95-96 are coming from some idiot user "buboy" or "yuboy" etc. who has made about 30-40 double accounts in the past 2 days. Take a look at the members list, and then sort it by recent joins. I knew something was odd when 95-96 was so low, and then received 18 votes in the span of 2 hours. Concidentally, buboy made 18 fake accounts during those 2 hours. The same thing happened in the past few hours. Wow. I guess a poll isnt such a grea tidea when you have such immature children in the community.

You're right, and I think we could make another poll, but voting here in the messages, so we can see the users that don't have like 1 post and filter that kind of behavior. Yeah I think it was pretty clear that 97/98 was the favorite overwhelmingly. Its just amazing how selfish some people can be about mods that are other peoples work.

Well I don't know what to do, first thing first report that guy to the admins xoamberxo222 I had no idea Why is this now being brought to my attention now, please report this behavior and I will come up with something or some way to make this fair and do it right

If its 97/98 orr 98/99, pretty much all of the roster work is already done if they use the base from my 2k11 mod. That will help the mod come out sooner.
