You can try deleting files from your Save folder, then try to run the game via Normalizer again.
Actually, rosters, associations, draft classes, my players, etc. don't affect anything. It's the settings file or some other small (< 1 Mb) file, which can cause the tool not to work properly.
So, just try to cut everything out of your Saves folder and see, what will happen on the next launch of the game...

About the Control Panel: the tool does exactly the same, but reverts the changes back on exit, so the changes are temporary, and your overall system won't be affected. You can use either of 2 ways, but i'd recommend the Normalizer, as changing your locale settings in Control Panel may lead to unwanted presentation of programs.

Thanks Vl@d for your answer!

Thanks Vl@d!!

Now it works for me.
You have tu set the game language to english. But you still can have the game in the language you want.

That's what you have to do:

1 - Set the game language to english.
2 - Close the game.
3 - Go to your NBA 2K12 folder.
4 - Find the next files:

english.iff
englishbootup.iff

5 - Find the files from your language (I'm spanish, so spanish for me):

spanish.iff
spanishbootup.iff

The same for french, german, etc.

6 - Now rename your local language files to english.iff and englishbootup.iff and english language files to your local language. Example:

english.iff -> spanish.iff
englishbootup.iff -> spanishbootup.iff

spanish.iff -> english.iff
spanishbootup.iff -> englishbootup.iff

7 - Start the game.
8 - Enjoy with small logos :) :)

I'm on Windows 7, this is what I did:

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on 'Region and Language'
3. In the Formats tab, go to the drop down menu at the top that says 'Formats'. Select 'English (United States)
4. Then go to the top and select the 'Location' tab. Change Location to United States.
5. Finally, go to the tab at the top that says 'Administrative'. At the bottom you will see, "Current language for non-unicode programs" and below it your language. Click the Change System Locale button and change it to 'English (United States).
6. It will prompt you to restart, go ahead and do that.
7. After restart, start game and enjoy normal court logos.

You dont need to change all and restart just change format to english(us) is enough.

Awesome! It worked, I live in Canada and was wondering why the Phoenix Suns court was weird. I did what you said and found that the Format was in English (Canada) so switched it to English (United States) and it worked perfectly! (Y)

I did everything you said. I deleted entire save folder and the game asked me for the key code again. In the key code of the game, however, there are the EU letters, so the game understand that the game is from europe (I think so). Nevertheless, I tried anything (exept for finding usa exe file) and not working with your patch. At least someone upload the correct center logos of the teams for us.
