sweat mod?

Hello, i just registered today and i just wanna ask if there is a mod that makes sweat appear fully at the start of the game and in practice modes.
If no one has made it, is it possible?

since by default it progressively shows up with fatigue, it isnt possible.

Um okay I understand but another question is how can i reduce the skin reflection in shadow mods? They look like varnished wood or something..
