UAR UpdateD-League
After trying out the
Beta V12x Rosters I realized this...
Players initially assigned to the
D-League that belong to your
NBA Team can be signed by another Team because...
As soon as you start a Season
all D-League Players become available as
Free AgentsNote!!! This doesn't apply to Players initially on your NBA Team that get sent down to D-LeagueThis has happened only so far with Players assigned to D-League that are
rated over 60
Solution1-Sign Player(s) on your D-League Team that you want to secure as soon as you start your Association
or
2-Go into
REDitor once you start your Association and
switch the players you want to secure by switching the Free Agent value from 1 to 0

guys you have to realize that as i mentioned before a lot of different factors come into play as for creating good sim stats and providing "realistic" gameplay. an example: assists. you have to consider you wont get the best out of it by just tweaking paul's shooting tend. or attack and pass out tend. his teammates + coach profiles impact the result too!!!!! to get stats like in real life i would have to cancel my job and would have to become a full-time modder

i have much respect for the UAR-Team because it takes time!!!!! to create something like this. so we have to work together to compensate the "little" amount of time we personaly have to work on those projects. i will post a new roster. i changed the crash boards in coach profiles + the def. pressure for every team. i also wanted to tweak the help d. but i think the default settings of the uar roster are fine, set to 50 for every team to minimize overreacting on help d. good idea!!!

the next thing i will test is setting all shooting tendencies + look for post players + attack basket + throw oops in game sliders to zero. so only coaching profiles will matter. for example boston and orlando would go like this:
Inside Close Medium 3Pt Att Post OopBoston Celtics: 41 15 26 18 53 50 51
Orlando Magic: 37 13 17 33 55 46 80
notice adding up the shoot. tend =100 ; a lot of work to do

uploaded roster does not include those tendencies yet.

You have already posted 2 Rosters in 2 days...Nobody has provided any Feedback about them yet
We have never posted soooo many versions of the same UAR Roster in the past because UAR Team believes in take your time and get it as close to what you want before releasing.
You don't expect people to start a new Association everyday...right??
Let's just get a complete version to post for next Release since other changes have been made besides what you are doing

Plus I always have a more updated version than what you are using (ie. v11.5x & v12x)
You mentioned Tendencies & Coach Profiles...Please stick to that if you are really trying to help.
Please communicate before you start going all over the place into what other people assisting on the UAR Project are working on already...
Please respect the other Team Members
Just take your time and PM me your final Roster with ALL REVISIONS...
This will also give people a chance to try what you have posted already and provide FEEDBACK...
until we get Feedback...only you and I agree with what you are doing
Credits will go to you for your Contributions when the next OFFICIAL UAR Roster is released.

just some positive feedback from the current rosters and sliders.
I love it and I am having so much fun. I haven't checked to see what you've done with the sliders, but it's mad fun. For an example, I use Chris Paul allot and it's so easy to get to the basket with him now. I didn't have a problem before, but CP3 would often miss lay-ups or get blocked in traffic. Now, I get foul calls, which seems more realistic to me. He dunks a little too much to me, but it's still great. Anyway Kudos to you and the team.

I don't know if this problem is because of your roster or the 2k's development engine, but I've noticed none of the top 10 draft picks bust. They all become legit stars (except for a few, Kanter and Thompson have high ratings but don't put up dominant stats, Valunciunas's potential isn't that high). I will experiment with lowering the potentials of some of these rookies (I personally think Fredette's and Walker's are too high) and report how it works if you want me too.
Just something maybe to work on for the next roster.

cause in nba amazing things happen. man guys be realistic, its just one game even teams like boston lakers etc. got exposed (dallas vs. lakers playoffs). and dont tell me that spurs won every game last year..... LOL!!! they got eliminated by the grizz and for example lost to the heat by a margin of 30 points and the hornets 96-72 + 16 other season games... so chill.... it's just one game

play a whole season and then come back and give feedback.

darth for the last!!!!! time my roster. please test it guys (uar team). my second game. you will have to use the modified exe by miachelvlutz49 (MVP & JD V.8.1 - Sprint 10% Regular Jerseys) to have the same experience as i have. using his mod you will experience much much better defense and a lot of other things. darth and team keep up the fantastic work. can't wait for your new roster. good luck guys!!!

james had 8 games during the season dishing out 3 or less assists... so it happens. against boston (playoffs) his average was 3.6

wow!!! again its just one game

i will play a second vs the heat with a different team. but anyway i'm not controlling him!!! the cpu does. blame 2k for it

i played great d... maybe thats the case

Unfortunately I am busy and working on the next Version...but the Community is welcomed to try your suggestions and post Feedback in the UAR Thread
To be honest...UAR Rosters are designed to not require too many additional ADD-Ons or Modified EXE's...of course If anyone wants to use them....Fine
I just don't want to force people to use too many things they might not want to use
PLUS when you have too many add ons...it becomes harder to really know what does what.
I haven't had too many complaints about
Game Defense for example...
So why would I add a Mod to change defense?? When I could just adjust the settings/sliders??
You probably changed the CURRENT UAR Coach Profiles that's why Defense is not strong

Sounds like OverKill in my opinion.
The biggest issues I know of are:
Tendencies
Request for Team Accessory fixes
Updated Shoes
Updated CF's
Contracts (ie. Years or Actual Salary)
Sliders
I also will not answer questions or support issues related to extra Mods used with UAR either since that is not the OFFICIAL UAR Release Package.
