Just think about this :
You modify files from a game protected by copyrights. 2k don't say anything because they know this is not bad for their games. But they could pursue you judicially for what you're doing. Even more because you're asking for donations. But they don't. But you, who's trying to make some money on a copyrighted thing (not by you), you don't want your thing to be distribute from working for everyone places.
1- you're not really allowed (by the law) to do mods (everyone here doesn't care about this point, because we enjoy it, but facing what you're doing this is important to say)
2- You ask for donations
3- You post your thing on really crappy sites
4- All I do is repacking the 4 files needed (zips) and distributing. Not asking for any donation, not asking for thanks, nothing. I just post it where anyone could grab it. I could also give you download stats, everyday if needed
Really, I don't understand your point to be the only one to provide the stuff, the goal in sharing is that most poeple can have it, isn't it ?
In any way, don't think you're god. When you'll stop sharing, we'll go on an other mod, with not so closed mind.

Why don't you just stop re-posting UAR Files without permission.
Make your own mods...and distribute them however you like
The only reason I still do these Mods is to HELP YOUTH!!!!

No I'm not ! I post the thing here, where you explained that many times. I don't ask for donations and never sayed I made it or anything else. This is still your mod, I didn' modified anything. Poeple know that this is YOUR mod, not mine.
But ok, I won't post future mods, even if I still think this is crazy, you're pulling barriers to youth help by yourself, limiting mod's share.
Just to be clear again : thanks for the mod, I love it !

I created NBA2kMods.com with the mentality of having a place for the devoted NBA2k Series Fans. At my site, I host the 1992, 1996, UAR andddd FIBA Mod on top of many individual patches where my download speeds are faster than ANYYYYYY 3rd Party Service you can think of. I repackage it, put it on FTP and place it on the site for the good of the community.
Do you want to pay my server, cloud and forum bills? You're just lucky I have my own business and thus, have my own server to host these things. I don't ask for any money AT ALL. I waste my own money doing this and I spent hours of my OWN time working on the site just to have it operating the way it does today. It's not a button you can press that magically makes it work. It's line and lines and lines and lines of code and HTML work.
I host the 11.3 version of the UAR mod because I had permission from Darth before he made his site but he requested that every update there on out would have to be downloaded by his site. I tried to persuade him but it's HIS mod and his good intentions of helping out kids. I didn't want to press on. I was telling you that you can't upload it because we spoke extensively about this subject and I know first hand what his wishes are for this Mod.

I never messaged him or anything, I was talking to YOU and telling you Darth doesn't like that and has said he will not make another UAR mod if 3rd party sites take his download. If anything I was looking out for you and the community.
