His personality is way off, will have to change that to 'laid back'. He's minutes are normal, I guess he wants 45 minutes...

He could have gotten injured (red, missed some games) and the cpu made his role to sixth man when he was sidelined. The cpu always does that. By the time the player is ready to come back and the cpu gives him back his proper role, morale is already low.
