Not quite sure what I think yet. It seems to be getting more positive the more i play it though.

Jao wiill be happy though, Suction tackling is gone.

but they got rid of the pro-tak gang tackling, so we got the age old issue of players randomly bouncing off the 2-3 person tackle animation doing nothing. There are some branching tackles with 2 defenders, but I'm sticking to Backbreaker.

Not a bad game, I'll buy it based off the demo.

Somebody convince me not to buy EA Season Ticket. Basically $4.99 to rent each EA Sports game for 3 days, or possibly $4.16 if Madden '13 shows up before it expires.

The lack of suction tackling in this game warms my heart. Not quite Backbreaker-level but still commendable.

Definitely those two, but not Tiger Woods or NCAA.

NHL became my main sports game when Elite got cancelled. I barely watch any actual hockey so for all I know it's completely unrealistic, but so much fun in and of itself.

Title update dropped today fixing alot of majore issues: hoping it fixed the announcing thats been horrid this year.

I have yet to play next-gen Madden. I'm a franchise player, and it annoyed me I couldn't create custom packages/plays in Franchise. Has this been fixed?

There are custom playbooks now but still no formation subs. You're unfortunately tied to their preset packages, but theres alot more than there used to be.

never really knew the differences between the packages, so i usually stuck with default or with "spell HB" if i needed the backup

They're pretty self explanatory now, but yeah i pretty much use spell hb or "qb" for wildcat since im running with cam now.
