Well yeah but NFL2k5 is a perfect football game...you really shouldnt judge any game without playing it for yourself. Whats the last Madden people actually reviewed well? I mean, you can just be a hipster and say Madden sucks...or you can actually try it before deciding

2k5 is the top of the mountain of football video games. how good APF 2k8 is gameplay wise is a testament to that.
Opinions are my own.

I told you, I saw and played Madden 11 once. It wasn't my cup of tea.

Madden 12 might be better, if they can get NCAA 12 graphics in it

Gameplay > graphics. Hence why people are still making roster updates for 2k5.

You had never mentioned you had played it, only you had seen it.

Downloading Limbo from Steam right now. Just read about it on IGN, it got crazy good reviews and looks awesome.

This game is just ridiculously cool. I've rarely seen such good physics and animations. Brilliant stuff.

Never played the original, but since the reviews are pretty good so far, I'm downloading Deux Ex: Human Revolution from Steam right now. It's been a boring summer game-wise so far, so I hope it'll be worth it.

Trying to finish Mass Effect, I hope in ME3 they address the lack of body types.

That's standard RPG for you. If you notice too, there are no children visible.

If you notice too, there are no children visible.

I guess The Witcher 2 is an exception to that rule then, and there's certainly a good variety of body types in it.
I believe that Skyrim should also feature kids.

Children also appear in the last couple of Fallout games, though they can't be harmed. Without a mod, at any rate.

(Y) dang, i wish i had known about that when i was playing thru new vegas.

yeah, that is an interesting point, as I found it strange playing the mission in Hitman: Blood Money where you have to assassinate the target at his kid's birthday party. there's a clown, kid's bedrooms, even the neighbor has a treehouse, but it didn't seem like much of a party with just the mom, dad, clown, pool boy, and security.

Mass Effect never had a child character visible in their past two games. May have stereotyped its co-existing RPGs about it. :?

Ah yes, good times. Though I don't remember seeing kids in that mission (or in any mission in Blood Money).

Speaking of that mission:

speedrun was impressive, but the limo kill was just hilarious.

i was a fan of the mission where you had to make it look like the dude died and moved to the morgue to get him out.
and the casino one was tight too, but it was dumb how they made you go out and climb up to the top level

And people at the hotel see you jumping from one balcony to the other.

That limo kill is new to me. I did the "New Life" mission with a Silent Assassin rank: poisoned the security at the van with the donuts the donut guy delivered to them, entered the van and switched to their uniforms, got into the mansion, choked the hell out of the main target, then went to the pool to drown the girl (though unintentionally) to obtain the microfilm. I then went back to retrieve 47's suit then finished the mission.

i also liked using chloroform on the teenage girl's (that doesn't exist in the level) panties to take out the guard upstairs to take out the target when he goes to his room.

The asylum mission is also a crack to do. Infiltration needs a lot of fiddling.

Meanwhile after reformatting the PC and having The Witcher 2 re-installed and update automatically to version 1.3, I had to replay the game from the start as my previous save games crash the game. :(
