Breaking Bad

Does anyone else watch this show? The new season starts on March 21st and since I didn't start watching until the middle of last season, I decided to start watching them from the beginning. With HBO's current original series lineup mediocre at best (Curb is great, but is only 10 episodes every two years, while Entourage is entertaining but not to be taken to seriously), this show has got to be the best thing on television by far right now in my opinion.

Bryan Cranston is phenomenal, but Aaron Paul and the other supporting actors are good as well. I never got into Mad Men, but I think AMC is dethroning HBO's original series lineup.

Absolutely love the show, don't really like the brother in law, but for the rest I absolutely love the show.

It was a nice watch after I finished Brotherhood. Good stuff, real good stuff.

Amazing show. I can't wait to watch the second season. I will probably buy it as soon as I get back to Australia.

Most likely March, as that's when the first 3 seasons started IIRC. Already can't wait.

Cranston's phenomenal but I hate him since being Ted's boss in HIMYM.

holy crap just got into this. just started season 2 and can't stop watching. i love the drug dealer and the brother in law. they are hilarious.

man, i gotta say i am hooked on this show... just got done with season 3 and it's a nice mix between a bunch of shows i like. its like dexter with the dynamic between the main character & the brother in law, and its pretty dark & violent just like The Shield used to be. the only thing that would make it better would be if it were on like FX or a premium channel like hbo so they wouldnt censor it.

Re-watched the final two episodes of season 3 tonight. Feel like watching the series from the very start again, it's so damn good. Mike's monologue in the second last episode is incredible. I wish season 4 would hurry up.

ive been rewatching a few episodes from last season because theyve been marathoning on amc and i gotta say there are some great characters on the show. a lot of average and below average shows have characters that dont make an impact on the audience and it usually translates to poor ratings and eventual cancellation but man i cant tell if its good writing or good acting or both that makes me like these characters. my favorites are jesse, hank, and saul.

yeah 3 episodes deep, it's not been too exciting as they haven't really moved the story along much yet. usually the last half of the season is where it picks up. it's weird because the first 3 seasons i was able to watch all at once. waiting one week for each episode is killing me.

It's been good so far but that last episode was a little dull. Shit may go down if the true identity of Heisenberg is mentioned in Gale's lab notes though.

well i think it'll be more drawn out like this last season of dexter where hank will slowly get closer to finding out that walt is cooking meth but wont actually find out

I don't know. Breaking Bad is still a well written show, while Dexter no longer is.

Now a 96 on Metacritic Will have to take a look into this.
