Trade him to either Toronto, (back to) Cleveland, New Jersey, Milwaukee, Memphis, Minnesota, Sacramento, or Indiana...In short, all the cities that nobody wants to play in

Milwaukee would be nice, he'll get to play in the building he scored 16 points in 2 minutes. I'd get Jennings too. :P

Cleveland doesn't have any pieces I'd want back.

Maybe Washington - McGee, Barnes (1st pick) and fillers for LeBron.

My original idea was him retiring. Some egotistical stuff how's he's accomplished everything as an NBA player etc..

I won't go as far as killing him off as Lamrock did with Monta. :P

Or me and Elden Campbell's heat stroke. Ah, that was gold

I think Bron to Milwaukee for Jennings would be amazing for you.

I have no work on the weekend, will have to look at different options for a trade. I'll also write a little story on how it went down. If some of you recall, I wrote a chapter a while back about him talking to Riley and having a little dispute.

Mayberry tears ACL, will miss rookie campaign

Image

The Clippers landed highly talked about rookie Stephon Mayberry with the 5th pick in the draft, but will have to wait for his NBA debut for a year.

The 20-year old SF from Syracuse tore his ACL during his 2nd practice with the team and is expected to miss up to 12 months, making his availability for the start of next season questionable.

Mayberry spent one season at Syracuse, leading the Orange to the Final Four. He averaged 22.9 points and 5.6 rebounds as a Freshman.

Heat start training camp, LeBron not present

Image

The Heat started training camp at an Air Force base for the second straight year, but LeBron James, the 2011 Finals MVP, was not present.

Sources say the team was able to contact him, but no information was revealed regarding the reason, why James was absent.

The Heat still had a busy day, with new arrivals Jimmer Fredette, Jordan Hamilton, Sean Williams, Joel Brzybilla and Flip Murray ready to break into the rotation.

The camp started with 5-on-5 scrimmages, where Jimmer Fredette shined. During the 2x15 minute scrimmage, he knocked down 5 three-pointers and led his side with Dwyane Wade, Omer Asik, James Jones and Udonis Haslem to victory, 54-47.

Fredette will also go through a further perimeter shooting camp, to make him more comfortable with the NBA three-pointer. Fredette had no problem knocking down threes from NBA range at BYU.

Joel Anthony, the anchor of the HEAT's post defense, will go through the big man defense camp to further improve his already solid shot-blocking and low-post defense.

Chris Bosh will hit the weight room and will look to add some weight and muscle. He currently weighs 230 pounds and assistant coaach Bob McAdoo wants him to be at least 240 to be able to get more boards and complete more power moves, not just settle on mid-range shots.

Wade said he'll look to improve his perimeter shooting. "I'm not getting any younger, I can't rely on my speed as much. When my speed is fading, I'll stil have my jumper."

Udonis Haslem wanted to work on his conditioning. During the Heat's Playoff run, Haslem admitted to feeling fatigue. "I can't be anything less then 110% for this team. I feel I can still be more durable to be able to withstand a long season."

I was thinking about using him as a trade bait in a LeBron deal, but after playing that scrimmage and some games in a different save file with him, he's not going anywhere.

I had a certain amount of reward points, Fredette was the only one I sent to a camp.

I think I have made up my mind on where to trade LeBron. Not sure what the feedback will be, but I think it's a fair deal, the other team will benefit too I think. I have no idea on how to make the story happen, so it makes sense that I traded the finals MVP.

if ur going to move LeBron u should upgrade the PG, find a filler at SF, and get a backup C all in one move

if ur okay to keep him in the east:
LeBron -> Washington for John Wall, Harrison Barnes, Hammed Ndiaye/Trevor Booker

if u want to send him west:
LeBron -> Phoenix for Steve Nash, Jared Dudley, Robin Lopez

So I'll post the proposed deal now :

LeBron + Asik + S.Williams -> S.Curry, Biedrins, D.Wright.

The Warriors would have JR Smith, Monta (can start at PG), Micheal Beasley, David Lee and Zach Randolph.

Would start like this I think :

C - Lee
F - Randolph
F - LeBron
G - JR
G - Monta

I would be -

C - Biedrins/Anthony
F - Bosh/Haslem
F - Wright/Jones
G - Wade/Fredette
G - Curry/Chalmers

What do you think? Is it too lopsided to my/GSW favor?

You gonna get raped by GS. It would be fair imo if only LeBron in exchange for those three. If you really must include the other players to balance the salary cap trade restriction, you must get two of GS's 1st round draft picks plus another 2nd round pick.

LeBron for Curry, Biedrins, Wright
or
LeBron, Asik, Williams for Biedrins, Wright, Curry, 2 1st rnd. picks, 1 2nd rnd pick.

LeBron is easily worth Curry and Wright plus another player (or two draft picks), while Asik who's younger is worth the older and injury prone Biedrins.

Agreed with Shadow, this is a franchise player. At least 2 first rounders have to be added.

The Warriors have like 12 players, and I can only make 1-for-1, 2-for-2 etc trades. I think I'll do 2 separate deals so I can get the picks back, right now I can only get 1 pick back.

shadow, thanks for the great suggestion, I didn't even think about picks. (Y)

Biedrins has that horrible contract too, so I'm sacrificing my future a bit taking him on, but if they add the picks, I think it makes sense.
