It is a chinese version of a .dbf editor.




I will give this program a try again(it has been a while)and try to make some screen shots of what does what.I am in no rush to do it so be patient.

So i was bored and thought i would give this a try.To hard for me to understand.Since i do not understand it,i am afraid i will mess something up.Sorry guys.Maybe someone else will have better luck.

Appreciate you sharing the program as it's definitely working out but if someone was willing to work on an English version, that'd be fantastic.
