Help with cyber faces!

I wanted to start creating cyber faces, but not as someone tells me how and what I have to use programs, we would greatly appreciate

i am a cf patcher you need tools like ebo editor.... fshx tool... adobe photoshop and some creativity.... you also need experience in photoshop....
