Professional Wrestling (WWE, TNA, ROH, etc)

Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

I can't wait to see next week's video package, that is where WWE excels.

also prepare to see it a billion times, which is sometihnng else that wwe excels in... showing video packages over and over again

I disagree. I didn't follow the careers of NBA players that played before my time, but I still respect them. Nothing wrong with them chanting for Savage, that's a clear sign of respect. If they were booing him or ignoring the tribute because he was before their time then I'd find that disrespectful. Nothing wrong with that they did.

Chyna is apparently entering the adult film industry. Talk about washed up. TNA reportedly wants nothing to do with her if she goes through with it, so I guess she's done with any mainstream wrestling appearances.

Meanwhile, Mick Foley has left TNA. A WWE return probably isn't that unlikely, if only a couple of cameo appearances to promote a book or whatever.

Last week a trailer was released for her video, I can't say seeing her naked is my cup of tea.
Opinions are my own.

WNW linked to a TMZ article with a couple of photos. I'd say morbid curiosity is the only reason the average person would want to see the whole thing.

Whoops
Chyna -- I Wanna Do 'Porn For a Living'

Chyna's new XXX video will not be her last .... the former wrestler tells TMZ she wants to keep the ball rolling and make porn into her full time career.

Chyna has already approached Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch and informed him that she's interested in a multi-tape deal ... and she's ready to start crankin' em out ASAP.

"I would definitely like to do more, " Chyna says ... "It gives me motivation again. I want to be better and happier than ever ... that's the point, right?"

um, yeah i was a bit curious and checked out the preview :|
now i know why they said "curiosity killed the cat"

anybody catch cm punk's tribute to macho man a few weeks ago? its the same match in which he also paid tribute to special guest ref bret hart by doing his signature moves (backbreaker, inverted atomic drop, driving elbow, missed on the sharpshooter)

it sucks that awesome kharma got pregnant. i was hoping to see her wreck some people.

anybody catching tough enough finale tonight? for the whole season the front-runner luke has been the favorite and then he got unseated by martin who eventually injured himself so luke is the clear cut favorite to win.

After the baffling heel turn, Tommy Dreamer has ended his long and storied run at TNA.

Seems more and more folks are leaving TNA. If I were any of the people who have bad blood with WWE, I'd be a little nervous.

Randy Savage's Cause Of Death Revealed

Randy Savage's brother, Lanny Poffo, recently took part in an interview in which he reveals Savage's cause of death: ventricular fibrillation, a type of cardiac arrhythmia that can lead to fainting or heart attacks. Poffo says that Savage simply passed out while driving, and did not die from the subsequent car accident.

When asked how he felt about the revelation, Poffo said "What it means to me is, it was a beautiful way to die. It's quick, painless."

He also praised Savage's wife Lynn for preventing an even greater tragedy: "Randy's foot was still on the accelerator. She reached over and steered the car into a tree, saving the life of a motorcyclist and possibly a bus. You know, there's no telling what can happen when you're going the wrong way."

With Christian turning heel, I hope they revert back to his 2005 theme.

Was that the female version of his current emo theme or the one with the choir saying the "Chriiistiaaaan" at the intro?

Anyone knows what font was used in his current "C" logo?

Yes Andrew, that's the one. I think it just fits the heel Christian.

Yes, I think that is the original version this song.

No idea but it looks like the ones used by the NBA in their practice jerseys back in 2004. Nearest font would be Pricedown.

Botched win on the six-man tag on the recent Smackdown. Match could have been longer if the referee didn't count three, Daniel Bryan obviously surprised.

AJ Styles & Bully Ray had a really good Last Man Standing match last PPV. Impact was pretty good, especially the 3 way ex X Division match. They ended Impact with a parking lot brawl between Angle and JJ, if JJ loses, he has to leave the US. They had an interesting fight out there, with some slams on concrete, and it ended with JJ saying "Adios".

AAA had their Triplemania PPV with some TNA appearances just like last year, and sure enough, JJ is their new champion. Pretty interesting tie in, but its about time they ended the 8 month feud between him and Angle.
Opinions are my own.

Apparently the Obama skit at Capitol Punishment was painfully awful, it certainly sounds it judging by the cap. It's stuff like this that leads to WWE PG being so despised; WWE programming doesn't have to be raunchy, risque or tasteless but PG doesn't have to be corny and insulting to the audience's intelligence.
