can someone make the salary cap of my dynasty to 150m? I can make this but I don't have hex editor yet. Any help will be much appreciated (Y)

I have Hex Editor Neo but when I install and use it, its causes my pc to restart. I don't know

Weird. I've had no problems with HxD though, I'd recommend it.
