Which team would NLSC posters...

like to see me start a franchise with? I'm leaning towards the Suns or the Magic...had lots of fun with both teams today...I won't start for another few weeks, but I just want to know early.

Phoenix would be a greater challenge, with 52 games against Western Conference teams. Perhaps you could make a couple of deals to bring some appealing players over from the Magic? Alternatively, you could take control of Orlando and prise some players away from the Suns.

not sure about PHO being more challenging...they have a higher overall rating (it's not that important, but to some extent it factors in), better jump shooters...that's an interesting idea, even though I'm more into sticking to the script (real life ).

that was one of the reasons i was hesistant to chose orlando...but why do you mention the Cavs and the C's? Dominant SG's? But to answer you question, yes I have played as them many times :D.

thanks for the recommendation..but when i'm the clippers i live and die by the fast break...the fun stops when the guys aren't fast breaking.

btw add the 76ers (and the C's) to the list i'm considering...

I guess it comes down to which team would be the most fun, the most challenging, and offer the most options for shaping the team as you see fit (if you decide to make any trades). Oh, and if logos and jerseys are significant, a team that has a logo and jerseys you don't mind looking at whilst playing through a season.

Yeah I've been thinking about it for the last few days, but for some reason I seem to get tired of teams pretty easily. Or I might have fun with a team but it's just not challenging. Truthfully I want a team where I get a low (5-8) seed in the playoffs (not by purposely losing games though) and also one where I have fun...but I've had troubles finding that. Oh well, thanks for the suggestions, I'll look harder. :D

Perhaps you could play an 82 game season, simulating some of the games to even out your record.

it's all good, picked my team, screw it if i finish as the 1st seed...or win all the games. well i guess i dont want to win all the games, but you get my point. i should focus on actually playing instead of picking my team. thanks for the advice though andrew, and everyone else. going to post some stuff for my new dynasty :D.
