Invisible players(please help)

So I re-downloaded NBA Live 08(pc obviously) by using the EA Download Manager....and I have not patched anything yet. My problem is that every player is invisible. As I stated, I have not downloaded any patches/mods at all, but not one player shows up. All their jerseys, headbands, crowds, floors....all show up fine, but no players.

I am running this on Desktop Quadcore Q9300, Winds7, through HDMI onto a 26 inch Samsung LCD. All my other games such as MLB2k11, NBA 2k11, Dirt 2 and 3, Nascar 2003 all run perfect at maxed out settings. I have tried running it in wind xp compat mode service pak 2 and 3......still no luck.

LOL....yeah I guess it's kind of cool, but not really what I was hoping for. I have reinstalled the game 3 times already..........and am seriously running out of ideas at this point.
