As you may know already...http://www.nbalive.org. You can find newer versions earlier than NLSC. However no new versions since 1.00 updated as of 12/24/2002. I really want an updated patch too.

Alexboy is currently working on an updated roster for NBA Live 2000. There's a thread under Announcements that has updates on the progess of his patch.
